hello yesterday I took my Frank to the dog park yesterday, and he was foaming at the mouth, he played for a long time, I would wipe the saliva from his mouth but as he keep playing he would keep doing it, This was his first time at the park and was playing with the other dogs good. He sometimes does this when we walk too. He is not around other dogs so I do not know if this is an anxiety thing. please help
