Two questions - how long did it take to eat the beef rump? Just trying to get a feel for the timing since I'm soon to be new at it. Also, since there's no bone in there (that I could see) what do you use to supplement the bone part for the 80/10/10 ratio of meat/bone/offal?

Ruby eating sprats and lamb heart [in 2 parts, only have a digital camera to record on - it doesn't have any editing features to reduce the length of what I film, plus the battery keeps running out........]

Abit like sardines but I think they are baby herrings, they taste much nicer than sardines [IMO], especially when fried!
