Others are more qualified than I to speak to this, but I have read that it is not an uncommon detox reaction as the body switches over to a cleaner food.

More about it at http://www.njboxers.com/faqs.htm#stool
and http://www.njboxers.com/faqs.htm#diarrhea

Some dogs do have a change in their stools for a short time, they are going through a detox. Should go as his body adjusts.

Yes , it is be normal . Some dogs go through a doetx period as Aussie girl has said . the detox can vary from watery stool to just a bit soft . This should pass as their body adjusts to the new food .
