There could be a few reasons, pork is a rich meat so it may take a little while for her to get used to it, soft stools can be an indication she is not getting enough bone or lastly she may not be able to tolerate pork. You may need to feed it for a bit longer to see if she is able to adjust to it or not.

I read here that :

Remember, the biggest error made when switching to home cooked or raw is over feeding. Most dogs enjoy it so much, we tend to over feed. And over feeding is the number one cause of diarrhea. Secondly, watch the fat content on the switch in diets. It may be wise to cut off or drain extra fat in the beginning as this is the second most common cause of diarrhea. Additionally, extra fat can cause gas.

Don't know if that applies, but I throw it out for consideration.

I only started the pork yesterday and I just fed her the pork with no bone. Today she has had only chicken. Her diarrhea is gone now. It was really foul smelling. I could have given her too much pork. I did not weigh it. I did cut lots of the fat off.

I wasn't sure when you started it. Maybe next time try giving 1/2 chicken 1/2 pork. Maybe she just needs a little slower intro to it? I wouldn't rule it out quite yet though. Get her tummy settled and try again.

I agree to add some pork to the chicken . That way she is trying the pork without too drastic of a switch . I always start the new meat in small amounts mixed with the first meat they tried .Gradually working up to a full meal of just that meat in about 2 weeks time.

Also some dogs can tolerate a meat but not in large amounts . Edy eats turkey fine as long as it is with another meat / bone . If I fed a whole meal of turkey / turkey necks alone she gets soft poops .
