I fed Rex the raw ground Turkey with some cooked too, to ease him into it. No kibble though, plus 1/2 tsp digestive enzymes. Oh, and I still had some rice so I added that also. He gobbled it up. I, on the other hand was washing my hands in hot water and felt I couldn't stop. I guess I have an OCD about germs. I have the hands of a 90 year old woman! Guess my hand modeling career will never take off, LOL LOL LOL.

I only got slightly nauseous while doling it out!

I know what you mean about the hand washing. I also keep the hand sanitizer handy.

I just cleaned up poop from Rex... it is starting to get the slightest formation to it... not all water anymore, so maybe we are on our way. I just picked up bone meal, ACE vitamin capsules and fish oil capsules..... now the question is.... can I give him the capsules or do I have to break them open?

I'm so excited about his poop!!!! (I can't believe I just wrote that)

I use liquid fish oil so I'm not sure about that but I would probably pierce them and squeeze the oil out since I'm not sure if they would break down the capsule correctly. Dr. Pitcairn recommends you pierce the ACE and squirt it in. They can be messy if you get too big a hole - I just use a needle.

This is very cool, Doreen! Wait until the probiotics and enzymes have a chance to do their thing! It will only get better!

They didn't have any liquid that wasn't flavored with mint or cherry or orange in stock and I wanted to get them today. Don't know when I would get down that way again.

Those probiotics should arrive on my doorstop today.
