I wouldn't give it to my dog. Generally, boxers have sensitive stomachs and pork is definitely not the type of meat they can digest easily, especially pork feet. I know from experience. We gave our boxer pork once when he was still a puppy and he had runny stool for 3 days after that and would not eat a thing except for some treats. We now try to avoid pork as we also heard from other boxer owners their problems with pork.

Pork is fine to feed. Some dogs do not do well on it, but then some don't do well on chicken, or turkey you wont know unless you try. I do know alot feed pork hocks, I never have as when looking at them in the supermarket I did not like the amount of skin (which seemed thick to me) and there didn't seem to be much meat - the fact that it was a distinguishable part of an animal didn't help either lol . Give them a go and see what you think of them

Keepers "best" protein is pork. We do an 80/10/10 pork grind though.

We didn't give Nikita anything pork in it for the longest time, cause we had also heard that it wasn't good for dogs...runny stools, too much gas etc. Memo's breeder reassured us it was ok to give, so we feed once a wk...but thus far only the riblets and neck bones...dogs haven't had issues with it. Like Aussiegirl said; dogs can have allergies to chicken or even fish....so it depends on the dog.
Aussiegirl, the amount of skin on hocks/feet was also turning me off from giving it to the dogs.
