Drink Less Water On Raw?

I've noticed that Tie drinks alot less water on RAW.
Anyone else notice this?

Maybe, but I think when Rex drinks, he drinks alot at one time, but doesn't go for the bowl as often as before.... then there is the peeing thing. He stands there and goes for about a whole minute, which doesn't sound like much, but when watching him... it seems like he goes forever... full stream too!
I was wondering if the dehydrated food base that I mix with his raw soaks up his fluids then lets it all out at once, LOL.... just my thoughts, LOL.

All of mine drank less after being switched to raw .
It makes sense , there is soo much moisture in raw that they absorb water just by eating .
Gotta love less water drool to clean up .

Buddy definitely drinks less with raw. Guess that dry old kibble was making him thirsty!

i'm gussing it may have to do with the cabs and sodium in the kibble?

Meat has something like 80% moisture (water) in it so they don't need to drink as much, another great benefit of raw feeding  it also makes you realise just how unnatural and hard to digest kibble is compared to raw

ditto giselle...and my 2 barely go to the water bowl since raw.
