Yes for the most part (unless there are allergies) it is a "harmless addition" - I never said otherwise, but for me it does not fall into "must have" like muscle, bone and offal. So if I skip it for a week/month or so it's no big deal, she is still getting all her nutritional needs. I just haven't done so lately as I have been quite time poor.

We've been doing more and more meals without veg also. We've been going about a week with veg then a week without.
