I had filled out apps to adopt from them before I got Rex and Coco from NJ Boxer Rescue. NJBR got back to me first so that is why I went with them. AABR called me later wanting me to adopt.
DH and I said maybe someday we will foster, but not right now. these two are such a handful, Coco being a ball of energy from the minute she opens her eyes to the moment she hit the pillows at night. Then Rex with all I am going through with his stomach issues. I just couldn't do it now. Maybe someday things will calm down and we will be able to foster. I think it would be to rough with Coco around. She is one hyper dog!!! I know boxers have lots of energy, having boxers for so long, but I NEVER saw anything like her!!!!! |

There are so many Boxers in need of rescuing it just breaks my heart. I wish I could help them all.
