Boxer Rescue in PA?

I am looking for any boxer rescues that people know of near Bucks County, Pa. I am looking to volunteer at a rescue where I can actually work with the dogs. Please let me know if you know of any. Thanks so much! |

I'm not familiar with PA geography, but Homeward Bound Boxer Rescue covers S.E. PA, if that's your area.

If you want to work with the dogs you will likely need to go to your local ASPCA or Humane Society. Most breed rescues have all their dogs in foster care, so you could either foster or transpost to work with the dogs. If your area is like ours, fosters are in high demand right now. It is such a rewarding experience too. If you can't foster you could also do home visits, shelter pulls or work at adoption events.
