My New Grand Dog Charley (Sad)
To remove this ad please Register
My son and daughter in law went to the dog pound yesterday on a whim. They were looking for another Boxer because they lost their chihuahua. They found this Boxer and adopted him immediately. They named him Charlie. I guess he was left chained up in a garage to starve. He is really sweet. The pound said he was probably around a year old but I think he may be younger. I hate people. Now is safe and loved.

Such sad eyes!

That's awful! What's wrong with some people! I'm so glad Charlie's got a good home now.

Oh my goodness. Look at that face! I hope you're able to post photos as he gets better!
I'm sure they have plenty of resources at their disposal, but he reminds me a lot of the dog we fostered a while back. We put him on puppy food and fed him three times a day and he put on weight at a really nice pace.

Aww poor baby, look at the sadness in his poor eyes. I so glad he has a lovely new home, make sure you keep us updated on his progress - love a happy ending. Georgie is such a lucky girl she has two Boxers to play with now! Ruby is very jealous.

Poor thing, how pitiful he looks, so skinny. Honestly, I just can't understand how people can do this.........what is the matter with them? - are they just brain-dead or stupid, or just plain evil/cruel?????..........grrrrrrr.........makes me so angry......
Thank goodness he has got a decent home now, so great of your son and d-i-l to take him, good on them.

What a sweetie, I have no idea why these abused dogs still trust us humans after what some people put them though. What a great thing your son and daughter in law have done taking him in. And i know he knows he is going to be loved and looked after for the rest of his doggie days. Your a very lucky boy Charley xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
