Yeah we learned the basic touch also. The touch is good for just getting the dog to come to you should you need to grab their collar or put a leash on them, etc. So theoretically you say Lucky touch, and she'll come over and then you can place a leash or collar on her. Also you can get her away from a distraction like heavy traffic on a street and have them get closer to you, etc.

Ruby knows alot of tricks, touch, roll over, down, wave, beg, weave between my legs, crawl along the floor, spin, go round me, etc, etc, but her best trick is to just sit and look sweet and pretty with her teeth all caught up in her lips and her head to one side. She'll sit for ages like this in the hope of a treat - ofcourse I can't resist her little face and her pleading little eyes, so it works everytime - does makes you wonder who is training who though - LOL!

Oh yeah, that is right.... thanks.... I don't say the word touch, so maybe that is why I forgot.... I just hold my hand out and Rex will come touch it... maybe I should start saying it again.. I've never done it with Coco.... bad mommy!

nope we taught her to go pee and poo on command. She will dribble a couple drops out even if she just went.

my cousin once had a lab that would pee on a fire cracker right after it went off... no matter how many times you'd make them go off he'd go over a pee on it, lol

We love playing hid n seek; Always find me no matter where i hide. Even climbed a tree one day. Fooled them for about a minute. Then they followed my scent right up the tree.

Hmmm, I should add to this that if I get the camera out she seems to develop a strange aversion to posing nicely.........treats or no treats.........
