for training a puppy you should use something light and small. Maybe some kibble or piece of vegetables.

Yes you are right Luther. It's better to use some plastic made bone. It is really weight less stuff. You can use it for training. Also you can use some small sticks to train your puppy.

For training, we just use Chewy's kibble, but for a real treat, we give him cheese

We use cooked chicken. I like to use food I can eat because I put it in my mouth while training to keep their focus on my face and not my hands. We also use cheese and hot dogs.
