Welcome! We were lucky enough to get Wally when he'd been using the crate for about a week, and found that having him in the bedroom worked wonders. First right where he could see me in the bed, then as space became an issue, at the foot of the bed, and finally out in the dining room when it was his crate or the dresser! He was fine with the move, I think as Erin said he was comfortable enough with the crate he didn 't care where it was. Hang in there, you think they'll NEVER get it, and one day the light goes on and it's like 'oh, is THAT what you want me to do? OK!'
