My pup is 9 months and has had a lot of heatlh problems during her short life, therefore I have probably babied her and not gave her enough displine.

I have recently noticed over the past weeks when i do try to tell her No or OFF commands she understands for example when you are walking away from her she will bite the ankle of your trousers in a bid to play...i think? she will growl back at me...rear up until I physically move her it.

I must add though. that she is a VERY vocal dog, almost sounds like she is singing to you when you ignore her, ask her a qusetion and she'll answer it type of thing?

Any ideas folks?

some dogs are just vocal. Tie growls when he's playing as well. But the biting of the pants, you want to avoid hehe

We use the nothing in life is free training method. Here is a good website about it, it can stop some of the barking and whining for attention.
