Default Nail clipping tips

I'm trying to clip the nails on our 3 month old and finding it quite difficult. Even with my husband holding him, he squirms and pulls to the point where I'm concerned it's not really safe. That's not a very fun approach for him either, so we're just cutting a couple nails at a time and giving him hugs and treats. Anybody got any other ideas or tips?

I started with a regular nail clippers when he was younger, but just purchased the guillotine style Quickfinder clipper. But since he's still a pup, and we purchased a medium size for when he's grown, I'm not sure if it's okay to use. Anyone have any experience with this clipper or suggestions on what to use?

Thanks!
Sally

We use a Dremel from the hardware store and love it. It is the only thing that works on Keepers thick nails.

I don't have to clip Tie's nails. The way he walk, they stay pretty trim... In the winter they grow a bit because he's not walking as much
